Peanut Sauce

I finally decided to eat some of the Asian dumplings (potstickers) that I had frozen a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to make peanut sauce to go with them, just like I had at Ruby Tuesday's! I found this recipe and it tasted excellent with the potstickers.

Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup lite coconut milk
1/4 cup water
Red chili flake to taste
1 clove crushed garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat until sauce begins to bubble and thicken.

I then refrigerated the sauce and heated it up when I made the potstickers. I'm currently looking for another recipe to use this for too.Pin It
